When you don't use all your whipping cream in a can with Nitrous Oxide in a single day
The point is that I find that if you don't use all the whipping cream on the same day that I have to wash the nozzle in warm water to clean out all the whipping cream out of the nozzle. Otherwise, sometimes when you come to use the whipping cream the nozzle is green whipping cream that went bad on the top. To avoid green moldy whipping cream on your nozzle put the nozzle under the faucet under pressure until there is no whipping cream there at all before you put it back in the refrigerator for a later use. This works Great I find if you don't use the whipping cream up the very same day. Since the whipping cream in the can is not exposed to the air it should be fine as long as it isn't past it's due date.
