We are having a heat wave here in California and even here in Mt. Shasta where I presently am it said it could be 82 tomorrow. This is what is causing extreme snow melt in the Sierra mountains.

The potential flood area is north from about Ridgecrest to the Inyo National Forest just south of Mono Lake up along 395. So, Mammoth Lakes and Bishop like all could be affected by the potential flooding.
