potential flooding as of May 2nd 2017 from Ridgecrest California up almost to Mono lake area from fast snow melt

We are having a heat wave here in California and even here in Mt. Shasta where I presently am it said it could be 82 tomorrow. This is what is causing extreme snow melt in the Sierra mountains.

I can't get the map to display here so here is a word button so you can see area more clearly. this is for May 2nd by the way 2017. The potential flood area is north from about Ridgecrest to the Inyo National Forest just south of Mono Lake up along 395. So, Mammoth Lakes and Bishop like all could be affected by the potential flooding.
