We are likely to see more and more of this sort of thing caused by Global Warming and Global Climate change this century especially in 3rd world nations that are too poor to have enforced building codes. Unless the structures are anchored with metal ties down to cement foundations or the houses are built of cement and metal they are going to blow away in 100 mph and above winds mostly around the world. This is a given.
