This video out of Albuquerque, New Mexico uses a 2000 pound test hammock suspended from two points on the ceiling to allow people working out to do upside down hatha yoga poses. One lady interviewed lost 50 pounds in 6 months doing this type of workout. All present thought it was a really fun way to stay in shape. The interesting pose I saw was a woman suspended from the ceiling with the two straps on her upper thighs while suspended upside down with her head a few inches from the floor. Sounds like a lot of fun!
