Business Start-ups in U.S. at 15 year high

CNN reports that business start-ups in this country are the highest in 15 years. And where are the most start-ups in the U.S. located? In Los Angeles. It is possible that once again California will lead us out of even this recession like it has almost every other one for at least 30 years or more.
