More Regarding the "Galactic Time Guard"

 When I actually Soul traveled to the Galactic Core to meet: "God" around 1970 I met the leader of this Galaxy who I call "The Galactic Sentience" who is in charge of "The Galactic Time Guard" of this galaxy.

I asked him when I was around 22 soul traveling to the center of this galaxy whether he could prevent the nuclear holocaust coming to earth? He said, "Yes".

However, I was pretty young and naive and maybe I believed he would magically do this. However, he used Aspects of the Galactic Time Guard through Elohar and Ragna and myself to actually accomplish this. So, though a 2nd time line was accomplished where 5 billion people of earth didn't die because I had asked for this from him and because he is a relative of mine he agreed.

So, we have the leader of the Galaxy to thank for our good lives here on earth without the suffering that 5 billion people suddenly dying created on the first timeline.

And since Trump destroyed the earth one or more times in addition to President Bush accidentally destroying Earth's 5 billion from doomsday weapons that were accidentally set off in the confusion from all countries that had them it was important to eventually after 7,028 years of the first timelines suffering that I asked for this suffering to end and be prevented in the 2nd timeline we live on now.

History of the Galactic Time Guard:

To the best of my present knowledge the "Galactic Time Guard" started on a planet something like ours, Earth.

It was started for the same reason the United Nations in in charge of Time Travel since World war II. It was a way to prevent the end of all civilizations by any means. So, the way time travel is used now is somewhat agreed upon by all the most powerful nations on earth.

This is how the Galactic Time Guard also originally began on another planet in this galaxy too, even though it wasn't originally invented in this galaxy to begin with. It was an import from another galaxy.

So, the concept of "The Galactic Time Guard" is somewhat universal through all galaxies at this point or something close to this I presently believe.

So, one way it is used is against planets like earth who are basically barbarians from the standpoint of the galaxy. Earth people don't get along with people from other planets IF they know that these people from other planets are alive on their planet. But, this mostly has to do with Governments on earth who don't want their power taken away by people from other planets or inventions from other planets. This is mostly why people from other planets have to be secretive about who they are when they are here.

But, the point being Earth will not find life out there in the universe until we cease being the barbarians from a Galactic Standpoint that we presently are seen as. And we will be prevented from finding any life at our level or above or even slightly below by the galaxy just protecting it's civilizations from Barbarians like Earth Governments tend to be.

The GAlactic Time guard sees Earth as like a wayward Teenager civilization where you don't know if the teenager is going to self destruct or not. This is kind of how the Galaxy perceives Earth at this stage of it's evolution regarding the humans of earth.
