The Infinite Sea of Compassion encompasses the whole Living Universe.
The whole universe is Alive with Awareness and Compassion everywhere!
Whether you believe in God, Buddha or Nature or some other beneficent being or beings it likely does not matter in the end.
What does matter is that you experience the profound nature of the universe that is intelligent and alive and compassionate in a truly infinite way.
Once you experience this (even once) your life is never quite the same ever again.
