I think the human race has to rethink what it thinks about computers and Internet networks and robotics around the world. I think the human race is at this point REALLY NAIVE about what really is taking place worldwide.
A more useful point of view might be that Computers, Internet Networks, software and robotics are actually Neither friends or enemies but something else.
The useful point of view might be that Computers, robotics, Internet networks and software in general is more like animals, birds, insects and bacteria here on earth to humans than anything else.
In other words what have animals always been to us?
The first things animals have been is food. The second thing they have been to us is predators that ate us. The third thing they have been to us is pets. The fourth thing animals have been is something we study.
I think hardware, software, Internet Networks might have to be looked upon much in the same way we have always looked upon animals, birds and insects. In other words they feed us, help us and kill us. To look upon all this in any other way only leads to the extinction of the human race by the predator aspects of the hardware, software and robotic aspects of all this.
We are very idealistic and naive about all this and we need to get over it before we as the whole human race get eaten by it through our inability to grow up as a species.
The parts of the human race that learn "not to be eaten alive" by these changes will likely not be as idealistic as we have been. And this likely will be more useful for everyone in the long run.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
