What I find the most ironic about the Tea Party fighting Obamacare is that Governor Romney's Health care system in Massauchusetts is the model for Obamacare. So, a Republican idea made to work in Massuchusetts is the basis of a workable Obamacare.
So, even though a Republican Governor made it work the Tea Partiers are against it at all costs. To me this sort of sounds like sour grapes. This was their idea and they made it work in Massachusetts and now they are against it because a Democrat made it work for the nation?
This just doesn't make any sense. If something works it works, enough said. It doesn't really matter who makes it work if it is useful to people here in the U.S.
Does it need to be refined and modified over the years? Of course. It is just like Social Security and Medi-care in this. But, with a bi-partisan effort Obamacare will work as well as Social Security and Medi-care presently do. And as a result of this thousands and thousands less people will die unnecessarily in our nation because of it every year from now on.
So, the only useful reason to be against Obamacare is that you want people to keep dying the way they have been in the U.S. up until now.
