Basically, if you read:

you get how I learned to consciously soul travel.
This is about how I see the whole thing after being a part of all this since I was 2 in 1950.
My concept of what soul travel was when I was 2 is not at all what I have found it to be as a conscious soul traveler over time. So, what I perceived reality to be evolved over time just as someone who is a kindergartner does not have the same perception as a particle physicist (not that I claim to be a particle physicist) which I'm not.
But, my experience all these years sort of is like getting a Doctorate in Soul Traveling along the way.
So, how I perceive the universe now has evolved and continues to evolve from the new things I learn every single day and I'm already 65.
When I first started consciously soul traveling around 1970 or so I believe that there actually was a point A and a point B. In other words if Point A was Los Angeles before you get on a plane, your destination would be point B which could be literally anywhere from New York City, to London to Denver, to Tokyo, to Beijing. So, point A I believe then was where I was and point be was where I as a soul wanted to go to. And because of how I perceived reality then I believed it took effort to get from point A to point B. However, within 10 years I learned that actually something else was true.
What I realized after about 10 years was that point A and point B (as far as a soul Goes) Have no real relevance at all. Because a soul when traveling is not limited to time and space. And since time and space is not ultimately real(It appears that what we might perceive as Heaven is real but Earth is not real or permanent in any way, shape or form. So, this was definitely news to me at the time.
After I realized this I also realized that there is in reality only one Being in the universe of which we all are a part. So, imagine a diamond with a literally infinite amount of facets that light bounces off of and we are those beams of light that would reflect off those many facets of the same infinite faced diamond.
I am speaking in this way because human minds have no real way to deal with what I'm talking about. For example, I can experience myself as the whole universe and so can you. But, I can't (as a human mind mentally experience that sufficiently to make any sense at all. So, only intuitively can one experience what one actually is. You cannot really think about it in a useful way.
That is why in the orient there is a saying, "The way that can be thought about or spoken about is not the true path or the true way." This is true because a human mind is not capable of containing the universe but a human heart is.
So, understanding all this greatly changes a person over the years when theory turns into reality and this process of enlightenment by Soul Travel like angels do is one form of enlightenment and one path that has worked for me quite well for the last 63 years of my life.
However, I now (soul wise) just see myself as everywhere and every when and in all time and space as my natural state of being because this is what God wants me to do, while I also pretend that time and space is real so people around me don't freak out. But, underneath it all I know the truth.
