Imitating others,
I failed to find myself
I looked inside and discovered
I only knew my name.
When I stepped outside
I found my true Self.
Rumi is likely the most amazing Sufi mystic and Poet of all Time, especially here in the Western World. His poetry and writings remind me a lot of Haiku Writers from Japan in their deep and incisive wisdom and truth.
This is a quote from Rumi's Little book of the Heart: a book by Mafi and Kolin from page 27
Here is another from page 28
Do you want to enter paradise?
To walk the path of Truth
you need the Grace of God.
We all face death in the end.
But, on the way, be careful
never hurt a human heart!
And also even on page 29
Do you know what the music is saying?
"Come follow me and you will find the way.
Your mistakes can also lead you
to the Truth.
When you ask, the answer will be given."
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
