This morning I had to drive someone to the airport in San Francisco. So, we tried to get out of here by about 8:30. They had chosen this day and time because there usually isn't much traffic on Sunday mornings on the freeways to there. So, we were on our way by about 8:45am in actuality. But, what was amazing to me was all the way there through ocean to foothills to farmlands to Cities it rained the whole way there. In fact, we passed a bad accident, one car was spun out up a hill with it's front drive wheels not touching the ground (so a wrecker would have to be called to move it) and the other was smashed beyond recognition in the center divider of the Freeway there on 101 with the driver ( a woman looking like she was still in shock from the event of watching her car (except for the driver's compartment spin off in all directions. So, the engine was mostly still there but the front end, the hood, the fenders were all gone and all over the freeway. Luckily, the windshield hadn't broken so here was this poor woman sitting there likely in shock.
What likely happened is she hit a mud puddle on the freeway at too fast a speed and lost control. Luckily, I know how to survive this by steering away from the mud puddle if I can or slowing down when I hit one if I see it coming. She likely did neither and so she spun out and made a mess. This is my thought unless the one up on the hill was to blame (or no one).
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
