Didn't something like this just happen in Houston Texas? Is this some new kind of drug that makes women take their clothes off and run around or sing or dance outside?
To me, actually, this is just one more of a thousand and one reasons that the human race is beginning to come unglued from Global Climate change, Globalization, a new Technological Singularity, and all the confusion of people trying to figure out how to survive and stay sane through Donald Trump and all the rest of the craziness here on earth at this time. One might say the "End Times". However, unless you called the 1960s the end times this isn't the end times either. This is just another social revolution likely crazier than the last one.

Police: Naked woman crashes car after high-speed chase, yells 'Jehovah'

According to KRQE, drivers on I-25 Saturday morning reported a woman driving recklessly and throwing items out of her car window. Police pursued the vehicle, which exceeded 100 mph during the chase before crashing into a truck at an intersection.

After the crash, Barbara Arellano, 51, fled on foot. She was completely naked and yelling, “Jehovah.” The police car’s dashcam captured part of the strange chase. Deputies caught up with the woman who resisted arrest by trying to slip out of the handcuffs and by spitting on the officers. She continued to yell, “Jehovah” during the arrest.

The police report states that Arellano admitted to doing heroin, drinking alcohol and taking pills before the incident and informed police that she suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Arellano has been charged with DWI, reckless driving, fleeing police and battery on a peace officer. KRQE reports that she is also facing an outstanding warrant for child abuse.
