I'm thinking that the FBI sting against Apple is actually the government saying:
"We cannot protect people from various threats who have Iphones, Androids and Windows Phones.
Therefore we must end all smartphones as a way to protect our people. It has become a national security issue and so we must end the use of smartphones in order to protect all U.S. and international citizens."
Further, Drone strikes on individuals in the U.S. and abroad can target literally ANYONE with a cell phone and kill them now with hundreds if not thousands of different kinds of flying drones.
All they have to do is to zero in on the GPS coordinates of any cell phone user on earth in order to kill them with flying drones."
This would be my logic of why governments would want to end the use of not only smartphones but all cellphones in general because people could now kill anyone without leaving any trace of who killed them now worldwide.
People think you have to have a multi-million dollar predator drone with an expensive Hellfire missile to kill people. This isn't true.
You can even have a small drone with only a handgun sighted in with an automatic pistol to a video camera which comes up behind someone and blows their brains out with a single shot.
And this all can be done easily now with only having the GPS coordinates of anyone's cellphone on earth.
In fact, an ideal assassination drone would look like a delivery drone with the gun disguised as a package being delivered by someone like Amazon, Fedex, or UPS.
And the package would contain either a gun or a bomb instead. So, you wouldn't even see the gun because it was disguised as a package being delivered.
So, both governments and criminals now have a way to kill literally anyone walking around or in a car or bus or train anywhere on earth and leaving no trace of who did this on the ground.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
