This is how I can tell. When I'm thinking a thought and all of a sudden I experience a "Reset" where it feels like someone pushed the "Reset" button in my life. This is how I personally know when Time shifts. It's as if there is a new integration and whatever path I was on changes to a new one as if my soul knows it has changed timelines to another one different than before.
Can I explain why this happens?
I can try.
My thought is that many changes have occurred during the last century because of nuclear weapons. there are likely thousands of changes to timeline 1 that ended (for us) on 9-11-01 because we are now on timeline 2 and some others are on Timeline 3 which began October or November 2016 where Hillary is now president. Only on timeline 2 is Trump president.
So, when timeline change because of alterations due to terrorists from this planet or others we can feel it if we are sensitive as intuitives.
Should we be scared?
I don't think so. In the end "anything that doesn't kill us makes us stronger".
So, if you are a trained survivor like me you go on no matter what, Right?
So, being scared of all this just isn't useful at all.
But, being aware that it is going on I find to be very useful indeed every single day.
Being forewarned is forearmed.
