How would you design an Atomic high speed nuclear tipped torpedo to take out all east coast cities in the US?

You would look for depth charts of the entire Atlantic ocean and then you would engineer the exact spot where it could do the most damage to all East Coast cities with tidal waves from 300 to 1000 feet high. But, it is also true that a tidal wave of this nature I'm thinking would be like the tidal wave that killed 250,000 in Indonesia in 2004 and 30,000 in Japan in 2011. Yes. I'm thinking this would be basically an artificial 10.0 earthquake if properly placed or higher. So, people could create artificial tidal waves with nuclear weapons and we wouldn't necessarily know about it unless someone told us on land.

The deeper it went off and the more powerful it was up to a point the bigger the wave or waves it could generate if people were engineering this.

The effect likely would be like a tidal wave in that the whole level of the ocean would raise up and travel way inland like when it completely destroyed Bandah Aceh in Indonesia in 2004.

But, this is insane because we have most of our worst Atomic weapons in places like Colorado and Wyoming and in space. So, you would have to be completely out of your mind to do this in the first place because step 2 all your cities would be gone in 1/2 hour if anyone did this including Russia.

So Yes. This is completely insane, simply because "What goes around comes around!" IT's Karma. Instant Karma! anywhere on earth or even in space if we can track who did this.

This is regarding Bandah Aceh in 2004:
