One of the reasons I quote and compile International News it that it is the best way to inform more people about things that might cause wars (which might cost American Lives or others) and to inform people who are investors worldwide so they know better how to invest their life savings. Both these things tend to create less wars, to mitigate problems from wars, to help people be better informed so they don't lose money and so less people die and less conflicts tend to get so out of hand.
The more people know about what is going on in the world around them the more some of them can do something useful about it all and the less people likely that will die violent deaths.
So, that is part of the motivation of sharing the things that I do here at my website. I also share what I find interesting or sometimes human interest stories or things I find that people might want to know about.
I find there are enough sites with local or national news but often there are not enough sites that do what I do here worldwide. So, if you want to help there be less violent deaths worldwide having a site like this might help the world to better outcomes by helping end ignorance.
