Putin's policies encourage rogue states to obtain nuclear weapons

Putin has simultaneously invaded a neighboring country that poses no security threat to Russia, unilaterally declared that he has a carte blanche to invade any country with a Russian population and even invited rogue states to develop nuclear weapons.

end partial quote from:

The dangers of the Putin Doctrine

Yes. I see this is the net effect of what Putin is doing too. What is happening now is Putin saying in effect to rogue states like Iran: "Hey. Look what I can do to thumb my nose at international law and get away with! Just get your own nukes so people are too afraid to stop you and you can create havoc in the world like I am!

I wonder what Putin would think if Iran took to heart their very influential Mentor in Putin and got nuclear weapons operational. Why they might even nuke Israel from Putin's example. Whoops Israel has nuclear weapons too. Israel and Iran are no more. This is only one of hundreds of problems worldwide that are the net effect of what Putin is doing now. He is endangering directly or indirectly every governmental system on earth including China's by his chaotic example of breaking international law in a nuclear age when one mistake ends us all at the same moment(or within 24 hours worldwide).

How is Putin going to feel when Chechen people (who are just as Ballsy as he is) get a hold of a nuclear weapon and use it against him and Russia? They would just be following his macho cowboy like example.

We know a lot about Cowboys here in the U.S. in World War II and by the way they are still here in the U.S. military.

This is the real problem, once you let macho out of the bag people start to die. That's the problem worldwide. Every nation has macho and this is the problem right now worldwide.
