What I have discovered is the only way to live life is to embrace the paradoxes. Otherwise, you really cannot have peace or happiness.
Life is always filled with paradoxes. We think often as we grow up that we are so very alone. This is never really true. We are always a part of the mother and father we came from even if they are dead. We are always part of all our relatives back through time for thousands to millions of years. You would be really surprised who some of your ancestors were if you went back in time by the way.
So, embracing paradoxes like this is necessary to ever have peace in your life.
The way I do it is to be grateful for all the sacrifices that every ancestor made down through the centuries. This way I am praying for the well being of everyone that struggled for thousands of years to get me here now. I am also grateful to all my struggle in bringing my own children into the world and financially supporting and educating them as best I can too.
In this way I embrace the paradox of being a human being by being grateful and praying for all the suffering it took to get me here and to get my children here and to support them and raise them and educate them and what it will take to get their children and grandchildren raised and educated too.
By embracing the paradox of what it is to actually be a human being you make peace with not only yourself but all who have come before you and after you.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
