It is likely important that you find a way to stay alive. Because you are naturally like a doctor here on earth even though you don't have a medical license. However, the first thing you have to do to ensure that you stay alive is to dedicate your gifts that God has given you to God and Spirit to help mankind not go extinct and to help people not to die before their time.
One of the ways to understand this is that some people's lives can be extended indefinitely but this isn't true of everyone. So, you have to sort of listen to what God tells you because certain people only have a limited time they are allowed to be here in a body on earth. And you need to be obedient to God about this otherwise it will be you whose life is cut short instead of them or both of you might be gone. So, learning who God wants to be here and whose lives are allowed to be extended is half of what you need to know as an intuitive here on earth. And sometimes if you get it wrong you are dead too.
So, learning what God wants and who you are allowed to extend their lives is necessary for you to stay alive too in extended stays here on earth.

I know this sounds pretty different if you are not an intuitive but this is just the way life really is here on earth.
