US Charges Seven Iranians in Hacking Attacks
If you read the above word button and have any knowledge at all regarding computer security and banks you will soon realize that it is not safe for you to do online banking ever again.
I have completely stopped in the last 5 years myself. I also don't send taxes through emails online unless there is no opt out allowed for the same reason.
If you have any knowledge at all the reason you would never do online banking is that if you do you might lose everything in your bank accounts on any day and the bank would not be liable because you were doing it from one of your devices at home through a home generated password.
So, the only way to make the bank liable for anything that happens is to never use online banking.
The bank has insurance it pays (which is very costly by the way) in order to cover it's losses from stuff like in the above article. You do not have this kind of insurance and I'm not sure you could even buy this type of insurance if you wanted to. And even then you couldn't afford it unless you were pretty rich.
So, online banking is way too risky for most people, (unless you have someone else to financially support you) if all your bank accounts get cleaned out by hackers one day. (national, private or criminal or all three).
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
