Technological immortality caused by a technological Singularity?

This is one possible outcome of a Technological Singularity. However, there are many other potential outcomes too.

For example, the rising of Trump and Sanders in this election to me is an indication of a beginning Technological Singularity where changes are now coming too fast for the mass of humanity to cope with so they are reaching out to unlikely places.

The cause of all this is actually Globalization which is caused by international business now done over the internet worldwide for which rank and file Republicans likely haven't studied enough about to fully understand the full implications.

Because Globalization means countries no longer can protect their workers from lower wages elsewhere stealing their once middle Class jobs.

So, all countries only have two choices which is either to go with a Social Democracy or Trade protectionism. There is no other choice for developed nations than these two.

If you analyze what Trump is bringing it is protectionism, Trade protectionism, protecting borders from foreign people taking americans jobs.

If you analyze what Sanders is bringing it is a Social Democracy like in Sweden, Norway, France, England and Germany.

So, they both have the right idea to save the middle class, one with trade protectionism and the other with a social democracy, both of which are the only things that can save our middle Class.

But, can either of them deliver this without some kind of war, economic or bloody?

This is the real question because this will change the way the world operates on a grand scale.

The one thing I might say here is that if the U.S. becomes a Social Democracy it would be much less likely to go to war with  Russia or China. So, even though I don't advocate this, this might lessen our chance of war with Russia or China beyond the normal conflict between civilizations here on earth.

Trump would end the Global Trade Cartel that sets up rules for all nations to abide by. He would make the U.S. go it's own way and tell the World Trade organization basically to go to hell. And that would preserve our middle class. (even though everything would then cost more in the U.S.) because it was all made here.

But, either way, Globalization IS the beginning of a Technological Singularity and the anger of the people of the U.S. and the world, is the first major response to the present Technological Singularity we are presently entering now.

More shocks globally will occur as the Technological Singularity increases it's speed over time as it will by necessity.

The more all the people of earth are educated in order to demand their rights through this the better the human race will survive all this ongoing. Otherwise, the Technological Singularity might extinct mankind completely.

IT is very likely that The World Trade Cartel would have Trump assassinated if he gets much farther and closer to the presidency because of this.

Whereas Worldwide Sanders would be perceived as less of a threat because he advocates universal college educations for all Americans paid for by the Government.

However, the status quo of the world would accept Hillary the easiest.

Will some people become Technologically immortal by 2045? (This could come as early as 2025).

I think the tentative answer to this is: Yes!

Whether this is a good thing or not would be an ongoing debate like everything else on earth.

However, if you were to become Technologically Immortal you might perceive this to be a good thing. And for you, you might be right!
