For me, looking at this, it is evidence that the Creators have been around at least since 9 billion years ago building galaxies like the one we live in:

Fred's Theory: Why Human Souls Don't Die
Let me explain this as evidence of what I'm talking about in the above article. 9 billion years ago there was a lot of dark matter. The Creators moved out of dark matter from where their species was born and began building galaxies which they have done ever since because they could exponentially have more children this way. The result of building galaxies is dark energy from converting Dark matter to galaxies which then moves to dark energy. Look at the changes this has made to the universe and all galaxies and the amount of dark matter (reducing) and the amount of dark energy(increasing). So, this in my way of thinking is potential evidence of what I was saying in Fred's Theory is actually correct.
