The reality of Time Travel likely looks more like 2 or more guys with time travel units battling for control of time lines. One could see cultures doing this to vie for which time line exists ongoing. So, time travel likely would be just a couple (less than 10 families) vying for control of time so their genetics might survive. This is likely the reality of time travel in the end.
So, who would survive this? The reality is the beings who would survive this would be the beings who created time and space in this galaxy in the first place who don't even need time to exist.
I call these beings "The Creators" because they existed before time and space was created by them. So, everyone who would need time and space to live in would lose to them in the end.
So, who wins?
The Gods who don't need time and space.
