Power keeps going out for short periods of time

Power has been going out now for 2 days. Mostly it is only off about 1 minute or two. But what that means is my Tivo has to reset itself each time, my oven Clock has to be manually reset and only battery operated clocks (which luckily are most clocks in our house except for a grandfather clock and a Banjo clock both from around the turn of the century which we usually don't run because it is just too loud to listen to the clanging in our house all the time.

We only had once out for 1 hour and then once out for 2 hours yesterday. My Tivo finally reloaded itself. It took about 10 minutes this time.

Went for walks today near the ocean and in the forests. Limbs and trees and erosion everywhere we went. you have to watch out for eroded dirt banks or trees falling into the roads as you are driving today. Trails are eroded from all the rain and are difficult to walk on. I even found putting on my Sorel Boots that are rubber up to the tops of your feet useful for walking through rivulets on trails in the forest with my dogs today. Imagine size 15 boots that look like these. A lot of people who work at ski lifts wear them because they are insulated and you can slip them on easily whenever you go outside and your feet are always warm and unless whatever you step in is water above the tops of your feet your feet are going to stay dry even in the snow. And they have soles designed mostly for snow and mud. They are leather from above the tops of your feet to the top of the boots and are well insulated so your feet are always cozy as long as you get a big enough size for your feet.
