Rain coming onshore from Cambria to Clear Lake now

It's raining here where I am but not hard right  now. Yesterday they said the Russian River was going to rise 20 feet which my wife told me likely would flood many areas. I haven't heard more about this so I don't know. But, a lot of rain has fallen from Santa Cruz North and inland now all the way up to Saskatchewan in Canada falling as snow some places.
