My experience of praying is absolute honesty. It isn't that you are telling everything about your life to everyone, it is that you are being honest at the very least with God and yourself in that moment of prayer. And after that, often there are tears as you reach integrity at that moment of your life. And that integrity (or unity with all life and God) tends to create amazing outcomes in both your life and the lives of those around you.
During these Zen types of moments almost anything is possible in your lives and these moments of prayer tend to create amazing outcomes of Grace in your life and in the lives of those around you.
