a one million year civilization?

One of my goals is to help the human race to make it possible to have a 1 million or more year civilization ongoing on this and many other planets at once. I believe the U.S. and other developed countries already have colonized other planets with the UFO (time space technology) that Eisenhower purchased from them at Edward's Air Force Base (then called Muroc) in the 1950s. So, likely the militaries of the largest spacefaring nations have already colonized with this technology many other planets that can be colonized by time-space vehicles.

They wouldn't tell the people of earth about this because then everyone would want to go and there are not enough ships for that (that I know of). So, starting here and developing a 1 million year civilization is a good idea I believe. However, with the magnetosphere degrading at the rate it presently is I'm not sure if humans can continue to live on the surface of the planet the way they are without damaging their genetics as the magnetosphere continues to degrade like it presently is.

So, likely for us to continue surviving here more and more people will choose to live underground or to build houses where they put several feet of earth on top of a cement reinforced roof to protect them from the increasing amount of Cosmic Rays that are going to hit earth from the degrading magnetosphere which will tend to mutate genetics of everything that lives on the surface of earth. The things that won't be mutated much will all live under the ground which are mostly mammals and reptiles and insects right now on earth who live under the ground.

Eventually, I believe more and more people will colonize other worlds as the time space traveling technology of UFOS will likely eventually be shared with mankind by those who have access to it.
This is one reason why on cable TV there is now so much information available for people to see on the evidence of UFOS here on earth and of Time Space traveling technology. It is one reason why UFOs can make a 5000 mile per hour right angle turn. You just couldn't do this without killing any human or humanoid passengers if you didn't alter the time space within the craft. Also, a UFO can do this under 20,000 feet in elevation without a sonic boom which means that the time space around the craft has been altered too.

IF you were wondering how the other worlds were colonized if you look at a Space shuttle it's fuselage is the shape of a big bus. So, secret passengers might have gone up every single time to be conveyed to a time space vehicle while in space to other worlds.
