This likely isn't a movie that one sees just for entertainment. It is a learning experience for most people. 

Children often have the easiest time with experiencing heaven because it is more natural and logical to them than it is for many adults. 

The experience this boy has reminds me of experiences in some ways when Archangel Michael and his band of angels came to save my life when I was 2. Also, when I had my near death experience it completely changed my life around age 2 or 2 1/2 just like it did this boy in the true story in the movie. I was never the same again. Heaven isn't something you will ever forget once you have experienced it.

Later in my life God allowed me to visit many heavens to see all the different types of heavens mostly looking in from the outside. I think this was to train me to be ecumenical like I am and mostly accepting of all people as long as they are not trying to harm or kill me or my family. So, God showed me this way of seeing reality too.

My wife was wanting to know more about heaven after watching this movie with me. I said that people aren't married in heaven because there isn't marriage or sex there. There is something better than both. It is that no one is ever alone or lonely in heaven unless they want time to be alone to work on a project or something but loneliness doesn't really exist there. 

Instead you experience anyone you need to speak or talk to right then. It is like they never leave you unless you want some space. So, loneliness doesn't exist. But, heaven is more a state of consciousness than any physical place so this takes some getting used to as well.

For example, the boy in the movie experiences Jesus and Heaven in his church when he is being operated on in the hospital. I usually don't experience heaven in a church I experience it in nature. So, everyone is very individual in this way. Heaven is in a sunset or a beautiful mountain for me but never really in any church much. However, when angels came up to me and greeted me in St. Catherine's church at 160 Rue Du Bac in Paris I knew I was experiencing something really profound because this isn't my regular experience in any church. For example, Notre Dame is very profound but more in a cultural way for me and thinking about all the marriages and stuff there for hundreds of years. Also, there are thousands to millions of heavens surrounding earth and every inhabited planet in the Galaxy and probably in the universe as well so heavens are literally everywhere.

Note: I have never personally seen a heaven that has either marriage or sex involved. Unity is what I experienced in Heaven realms. Unity without loneliness so there is always peace. However, this doesn't mean some heavens don't get boring for some souls. And when this happens those souls either move to another heaven that suits them better or reincarnate on Earth or other planets or dimensions. There is an incredible variety of heavens and types of souls throughout Earth's timelines and this is probably true of all other inhabited planets too.
