As I read articles from Texas about their drought I'm wondering how much of the problem is drought and how much really is actually oil companies fracking and people losing their well water to fracking which often drives water to deeper and deeper levels by cracking the rock loose which might free up oil and gas but tends to drive water deeper and deeper below where wells are feasible (for most people to dig).
