I have noticed that "perception tends to create reality". The reason for this should be obvious to people but sometimes isn't. In other words, "What you put your attention upon you tend to create into your lives".
Imagine you are in a sailboat, and you are at the tiller or wheel steering the boat. What are you thinking about? If your attention is not controlling the tiller(wheel) or the sails you will just bob about on the ocean not going anywhere. The same is true of how one perceives reality. You have to have some kind of goal or focus of your attention or you go nowhere. Sometimes it's nice to just bob about and jump over the side and swim or snorkel but other times when storms come in you want to be able to navigate the boat to a safe harbor so you don't die.
Imagine everyone has their own sailboat now and a storm is coming in Europe. If people don't realize that a storm (war) is coming then the storm will likely kill or maim them. So, getting real with yourself is useful in staying alive through what is coming now both in regard to weather and war worldwide.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
