I just liked the number, a 3 with five 8's. But yes, I think it is a good luck number and when I recently realized it was coming I thought to myself, "Wow! I think I will register that number with a blog article."
If you are into numbers to me 3 is the Holy Trinity. In other words "Father, Son and Holy Spirit", or
"Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva", or "Buddha, Dharma and Sangha". Most of you are familiar with the first one. The Second one is Brahma(the God of Creation), Vishnu(the Sustainer of all Creation), and Shiva(The Destoyer of Creation when it is time to recreate). All three are important in life if you think about life logically. Then there is the Buddha, Dharma and the Sangha. The 8 fold Path of the Buddha, The Dharma which is the spiritual wisdom and teachings of the Buddhic path. and The Sangha which is the Congregation of the worhipers of the Buddhic path.
Then you have 8 which is one of the symbols for infinity (unlimited). One of the reasons I chose 888 for the end of my blog site is that you have 3 8's which means to me the Holy Trinity multiplied by three infinities. Then you have the 5 Buddha families represented by the 5 8's.
Anyway, thanks for visiting my site 388,888 times all my readers from all around the world.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
