But, when I just checked northern California power outages they start about North of Hoopa and range over to Lassen National park and then down as far as San Luis Obispo. But, at least power at our place is on according to our neighbors in the greater SF Bay area where we generally live. But, I must admit I couldn't believe the number of places (I counted 50 areas with power outages between Hoopa and Lassen and San Luis Obispo and Kings Canyon Nation park. So, if you are traveling there may be places like restaurants and gas stations or hotels you might visit without power unless they have gasoline or diesel generators or rent them or something if you are traveling in California.
