I was thinking today about how to stay in shape in a very simple way of thinking about it.
1. Don't eat anything unless you really want it. In other words if it isn't something your body is craving because it really needs it to go on living healthily don't eat it. Don't just eat things because you are nervous or are watching TV and eating thoughtlessly.
2. Only do energetic things that are fun like swimming, riding bicycles, walking places you want to go, skiing. In other words if you are going to exercise have fun doing it. Otherwise, how can you convince yourself to do things you don't want to every day?
3. People often live 10 years longer on average by having a pet like a dog they have to walk everyday. So, even when they can't convince themselves to go out for a walk because they might be depressed they think, "I've got to get my dog out, he or she needs me to do this." So, they stay healthier and so do their dog(s).
4. Also, people also tend to live about 10 years longer if they are living with someone or married too. However, this also usually means that you are best friends with this person and actually get along okay and are devoted to taking care of each other too.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
