It is the criteria of being a soul living in a human body on Earth, in space or on another world or wherever that human body with a soul is at that moment.
Why don't souls live in time and space when they are not in a human body?
Because Time and space is a physical thing and a soul is something else beyond physical.
A Soul lives in No time and No Space.
This is a hard concept for a soul living in a human body to wrap their mind around.
Because most people aren't connected all the time consciously to their experiences before they lived in time and space in the body they presently are wearing.
But, some of us are.
How would I describe a no time no space existence?
First of all you do not have a body. You have consciousness but that consciousness is literally everywhere.
Only in physicality are you limited. The natural state of a soul is completely unlimited.
Why do souls choose to live in time and space then?
To learn new things for the same reasons that children go to school or college here on earth.
