Time travel can be accomplished (the way I write about it) technologically with a type of advanced computerized device which can be large or it can be small the size of a pea or smaller embedded somewhere in a human body.
Or:
It can be accomplished by the same type of person who can levitate after spending a couple of years in a cave in the Himalayas.
Or a group of people who are attune to each other and the universe might travel together if one of them is a time travel master on that planet or dimension where they are then.
It is all about human evolution that decides which technology or combination of technologies people will use for Time travel to accomplish whatever they want to do.
For example, many people don't seem to understand there is spiritual technology and physical technology. Spiritual technology was practiced in places like India, China, Japan the most, even though we see Jesus practicing Spiritual technology in the New Testament.
When I was a teenager my cousin and his father who was a Science of Mind Minister witnessed the following in India with Sai Baba who is the Master who wore an Afro with Orange clothes in India and had over 4 million followers while he was alive.
I don't know whether you would call this time travel, having multiple physical bodies or space travel or what but it was using spiritual technology rather than what we call technology here in the U.S.
A man gave a large gift of money to Sai Baba to help the poor likely build a hospital for them in that area of India. He was a very wealthy New Yorker and Sai Baba wanted to precipitate out of thin air a valuable gift for him. So, he asked the man what he could precipitate for him?
The man said, "Well. You know there is a beautiful yellow diamond my wife wanted at Tiffany's in New York could I have something like that.
Sai Baba reached behind his back and handed the man a beautiful yellow diamond ring for the man's wife.
The man remarked it looked exactly like the one his wife wanted.
When the man returned to New York City he went to Tiffany's there and asked what had happened to the yellow diamond?
The diamond salesman said, "You know, that was the strangest thing! A man in orange robes that looked like he was from India came through the door and spoke to me with an Indian accent. He told me he wanted that Yellow diamond you and your wife looked at and then paid me for it with cash and walked right out the door."
If this isn't some form of time travel I don't know what is. True story.
Also, I knew a lady who was a forest ranger who in her spare time baby sat my son when he was 4. She then went to India to be one of Sai Baba's nuns (around 1980). Throughout the 1970s and 1980s Sai Baby would appear to me and talk to me. Today he told me he was reborn as I wrote about this. When I looked it up online sure enough there is a baby that people say is his reincarnation.
