* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 6
inches with 5 to 10 inches above 5000 feet, except 10 to 18
inches above 5000 feet west of Highway 395. Winds gusting as
high as 65 mph.
* WHERE...Surprise Valley California, Lassen-Eastern Plumas-
Eastern Sierra Counties and Northern Washoe County.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Sunday. Heaviest snow expected this
evening through 4 AM Sunday morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. Very
strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
