Polar Bears are dying from lack of ice at the north pole

The polar bears used to be able to swim from land to ice or from ice to ice. They cannot just swim forever 100s of miles without some place to pull out and rest on. So, because of this the polar bears are dying mostly from exhaustion (from having to swim too far) and from not enough food. Because their food ( mostly Seals) are having a hard time without more ice too. So, the entire ecosystem of the arctic is disrupted and the top of the food chain( polar bears) are dying in droves without enough ice.

For years people have been talking about Grolar bears (Grizzlies who interbreed with Polar bears) because unless polar bears can adapt more to living on landed areas covered with snow they might go extinct because there is less and less ice in the polar regions every single year until eventually there might be none year around, possibly later this century.
