This is really interesting by the way because it is Putin's KBG training when he was an East German KGB Agent for Russia in East Berlin for Russia during the 1980s. He was a KGB Colonel then until the Berlin Wall Fell and the Iron Curtain ended and then the Soviet Union Collapsed.
So, the millions (or billions) that Putin spent in putting Trump into the White House allowed Trump to actually be elected in the first place. Trump would never have been elected without Putin's help in a million years.
So, Who do the Chinese REALLY blame for the Billions of dollars they have already lost in the Trade War with Trump?
That's right! They blame Putin for his Machiavellian KGB ways who elected Trump in the First place.
But, don't forget Trump either. China is now wise to the Trump family and just expect China to take it's revenge on not only Putin but his henchman, Trump and Trump's whole family during the next 50 to 100 years time. Because this is what the Chinese do and have done for 6000 years already.
