Waterfall on Maui
This waterfall is not very far away from the "Seven Sacred Pools" on the side of Maui near the Big Island and Hana. I felt very healed being up this close to this falls. The rainforests on this side of the island are always very magical and unbelievable in the amount of plant life that grows in abundance on a Hawaiian Island Rainforest. Usually if the waterfalls are running it has to be raining somewhere nearby or have rained somewhere that day to keep it running because after all, you are on an island which is a sort of small closed ecological system in the middle of the Pacific Ocean thousands of miles away from any other group of islands. The top three rainfalls on earth tend to be on Maui and Kauai, Kauai being the highest known rainfall on earth which I think is about 600 plus inches average rainfall per year.
