I had no hope the last few years because I realized having a screen put over a hernia caused by a laparoscopic operation for a burst appendix wasn't going to be useful or practical for me. However, this last week my wife took me to her very skilled physical therapist. I had explained how I had healed (with God's help) muscles I had torn off the back of my right knee by holding my calf in the late 1980s. When my wife's physical therapist (who is very good and owns his own Therapy location with other physical therapists there) told me that there was a way I likely could rebuild my stomach wall without a surgery.
After having no hope really for 3 years regarding all this I learned this last week. I had been told that I could have surgery (but with a 20% chance of permanent debilitating pain) and with an equal or more chance of having the Kevlar screening moving into my organs. And I was told I would need a foot large screen with 12 stainless steel clamps attached to my stomach muscles. I didn't want any of this and instead have worn Weight lifting belts and other supports instead whenever I wanted to take long walks or ski or exert myself like lifting weights above my head so I wouldn't explode if I fell down hard and suddenly.
So, this is the first real hope for me for 3 years since my burst appendix operation.
The way this is done.
1. you lay flat on your back.
2. you lift your head while breathing out.
3. this withdraws your intestines inside your stomach muscles
4. then you hold your tear on either side to encourage it to form "sticky ends"
5. So, this is a little like the adhesions where my body would try to create parts of my internals
to "Stick to other parts of my organs) after my burst appendix and operation. (when everything is moved out of place by an operation the body tries to steady everything internal by adhesions which are very painful. I have now passed out of this stage of healing now I believe.
So, this is basically a way to create a stickiness or glue by bringing in your intestines and encouraging the edges of your hernia to re-attach so you can rebuild your stomach muscles.
I was completely amazed this was actually a possibility.
The physical therapist had had a client who had done just "too many sit-ups" and had torn the center part of his 6 pack and he had helped him rebuild the tear. It still leaves scarring on the stomach muscles but this isn't usually visible if your shirt is off.
The point is you can "stick the sides of your tear together again and rebuild your stomach so the hole or tear in your stomach muscles is rebuilt without an operation (under some conditions).
Since I am an intuitive and natural healer and live with Angels around me likely this is going to work for me.
By God's Grace
Note: Hopefully this news might help you or the ones you love as well.
2nd note: The guy who tore his 6 pack of stomach muscles was 92 years old who repaired the damage to his hernia he created by doing too many sit-ups. So, this is encouraging too.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
