Since battles are being lost by ISIS all over now especially in Syria and Iraq they are having more difficulties getting adults to die for them. Since children are easier to indoctrinate, brainwash and drug with anti-anxiety medicine than adults they are easier to find and train and are more expendable to Isis than Adults are. So, it would make sense that this would be going on especially in Syria and Iraq.

Hitler did this towards the end of World War II also just before the very end of the war. So, many children who were sent to face American and British troops died this way at the very end.
