Realizations

One of my realizations of this lifetime is that all humans are Gods reincarnating.
You might ask "Why?"
The problem appears to be that Gods are immortal but through billions of years of being alive they then become bored with being alive and this boredom sometimes kills them. They die of boredom.

So, the Gods have learned when they get old and bored to take incarnation as beings on planets in Galaxies like Earth. An appreciation of being alive through mortality and death makes life valuable to them once again. However, a byproduct of this "Staying alive" is suffering by getting lost in mortality rather than getting lost in immortality and getting so bored of immortality that their souls as Gods Die.

Buddha discovered that Suffering is not necessary to stay alive. So, by helping end the suffering of all beings struggling to never die as very old souls one reaches the goal of kindness towards oneself and all beings.

So, in the process immortality is reached through incarnating as souls into physical bodies millions and sometimes trillions of times And the end of suffering is reached by kindness by helping all beings to the end of their suffering. So, at this point one can be their soul which is a God or Goddess incarnating millions or trillions of times to avoid the death of boredom after billions of years while simultaneously helping themselves and all other beings to enlightenment which ends the suffering caused by almost infinite incarnations.

Therefore the end of suffering is reached of infinite incarnations while helping all beings to this end of suffering and the bringing of bliss.

This process creates Both Soul immortality without dying of boredom as a God or Goddess And the end of Suffering by helping oneself even in incarnation and helping all others even in incarnation to the permanent end of suffering and the bringing of permanent bliss.

Therefore the equipose of immortality caused by experiencing mortality and incarnation while forgetting that one is a God or Goddess as a soul as well as the end of suffering can be reached by attaining Buddhahood by helping all beings suffering to the end of their suffering by teaching them that they are also Buddhas naturally by simply realizing what they really are: Gods and Goddesses who are immortal because of incarnating while ending their suffering in trying to stay alive and not die as boredom as souls.

So, the equipose of realizing that you are Gods and Goddesses is reached. You realize you are immortal and fighting dying of boredom by taking incarnataion millions and billions of times.

Once you realize you are immortal and yet choosing immortality you can help others to attain Buddhahood so suffering permanently ends by helping each other. We are Gods and Goddesses helping each other to stop suffering and the process of doing this is helping both ourselves and each other to Buddhahood so we stop suffering in the process of staying immortal as souls so we don't die of boredom after being alive over billions of years already as souls.
