I was watching Larry King Live tonight and he was interviewing Stephen Hawking. I also saw the Life Program "Time Travel" and the "aliens" one with Stephen Hawking.
After personal experiences and researching this question of aliens for almost a full lifetime now and before that my father met Adamski in the 1950s I can only believe at this point that aliens exist, are here, have always been here, were around when the earth was formed, lived in this solar system, that we are likely 50% alien (not from earth) dna at the very least as humans etc. Do I expect you to agree with me? No. Why should you if this isn't your personal experience from a lifetime of personal research and real experiences.
Also, I agree that formal acknowlegments of governments of earth in regard to alien civilizations whether they be on other planets or just on Earth in the past or future would destablize present world governments, businesses and religions. However, I think that the understanding that such civilizations exist by the educated class worldwide is necessary for humans to be able to protect themselves and not just be children about all this or ostriches putting their heads in the sand.
For example, you may have never met a Tibetan or someone Chinese. Just because you never were introduced to someone from Tibet or someone who was Chinese from Beijing doesn't mean they don't exist. For example, maybe someone who walked by you was Tibetan from Tibet or Chinese from Beijing and you just didn't know it because you thought they were an American.
The same is true with anyone who might be an alien from earth or the past, present or future. Imagine if you were from another culture. Would you want everyone in that culture to know about your culture if you knew for sure it would destroy that culture? Wouldn't you want to preserve the uniqueness of that culture as long as possible, just like we try to preserve native tribal life around the world as long as possible? Yes. I believe if you were from an off world culture that was more advanced than ours you would do what you could to preserve the quaint culture and technology of a culture like ours. And maybe you would vacation here with your family so they could share the experience with you. Why would you want to destroy something quaint and amazing?
By the way it was discovered that the Asteroid Belt was planet destroyed by a Surface thermonuclear war by a Soviet Probe that went there in the 1970s. Though this information was suppressed in western media during the 1970s the scientists of the old Soviet Union and many of the educated general public there knew about this and still know about this. Does that mean that we are 50% DNA wise or more alien survivors of the nuclear war on the planet that became the asteroid belt? This might be something useful to think about too. Does this mean there may be other relatives of ours on other solar system planets? Does this mean that we may have come to the solar system originally from somewhere else? For me, at least the answer is likely "Yes" to all these questions. But then you have to ask yourself these questions and find out where it all takes you.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
