I was wondering if these solar eruptions have anything to do with the 26,000 year cycle in the end of the Mayan Calendars. I suppose there is no way to know for sure. However, I have read recently that since we are nearing the next solar flare cycle of the sun which is an 11 year cycle that problems with Satellites might be common until it ends that will be caused by solar eruptions and solar flares and sunspots.
