Experiencing yourself as the entire physical universe takes the same focus as driving a car

Why is this helpful?

Because if you drove a car 24 hours a day you could or would come to eventually hate doing this, much like if you were forced to make love 24 hours a day the rest of your life if you were a man this would kill you.

However, if your meditation is experiencing yourself as the entire physical universe when you get used to doing this all the time it is very peaceful.

Why is this?

Because a universe is never born and never dies it just keeps going. And by the way where the physical universe came from and all time and space associated with a universe is also what you are meditating upon too.

So, as you experience yourself as the whole universe 24 hours a day are you afraid? No.

Are you afraid of death. No.

Why?

Because universes aren't mortal they are beyond that conception and if you are experiencing yourself 24 hours a day as the universe you are not mortal either.

So, as you run this meditation 24 hours a day your subconscious mind experiences peace ongoing in a somewhat eternal way.

Can you still experience mental, emotional and physical and spiritual pain? Of course.

But, it is greatly lessened by your ongoing meditation upon being one with the universe 24 hours a day.

So, though you might experience various kinds of pain they are not as debilitating because you are maintaining your 24 hour a day meditation as being the physical universe.

Are you afraid of death?

Not so much because universes don't die.

Also, your subconscious feels peace because of this meditation and your physical and mental health will tend to increase as well ongoing.

But, you realize that this meditation is also increasing your mental and physical health, it is increasing your lifespan as long as you take care of your health by going for checkups to doctors if you are older than about 40 etc.

And if death should find you that day you peacefully exit your body because after all you are experiencing the whole universe and you are at one with God and at peace at your moment of transition. (If you believe in God)

And even if you don't believe in God you are one with the universe and you are at home forever.
