Who Created ISIS(ISIL)?

To be realistic about who and what created ISIS you can say that Al Baghdadi created ISIS. But, this is misleading. Because ISIS could not really exist in it's present form if enough Sunnis didn't financially support it to begin with.

So, what are the major causes of ISIS?

1. Assad's harm to Sunni Muslims
2. The U.S. invasion of Iraq
3. Shia persecution through Hezbollah of Sunnis in Syria
4. Putin deciding to keep Assad in power no matter what.
5. The rivalry between Shias and Sunnis since Mohammed
6. The history of the Middle East from 2000 to 6000 years ago
7. The anger of the middle east towards Israel controlling Jerusalem

All these and more are who created ISIS(ISIL).

So, until the cause of Sunni Rage (the rage of 1.1 billion people) is satisfied because of the persecution of Sunnis in Syria and throughout the middle east, likely ISIS(ISIL) will continue to be funded by various groups of Sunnis (even though they are extremist) ongoing for 1, 10, 20,30 or 100 or more years.

Because of this, the U.S. doesn't want to be "hitting a hornet's nest of anger of 1.1 Billion Sunnis towards Iran and Hezbollah and Assad.

Because I have a feeling this all is going to get much worse before it gets any better.

Though ISIS is horrific, so might what Iran and Hezbollah be horrific too in taking revenge on the Sunni Survivors that found a way to live with ISIS and that were not killed by ISIS.

So, you might see Iran and Hezbollah and Shia fighters massacring all Sunnis left alive in ISIS controlled cities and areas when they are retaken in revenge for the murders of all the Shia by ISIS in all those same areas. So, this is something to watch out for.

Because if this happens (and it likely will when Shias realize all their relatives are dead or worse in many ISIS previously controlled areas this thing could get worse and worse in a sectarian and other ways.

This is why the U.S. and Europe and other countries outside the Middle East need to be very careful of the Sunnis 1.1 billion of them and their anger towards the Shias  Of the total Muslim population, 10-13% are Shia Muslims.

and 87-90% are Sunni Muslims.

Most Shias (between 68% and 80%) live in just four countries: Iran, Pakistan, India and Iraq.

So, the problem becomes: "Can the Shias survive what is now coming from not only ISIS but from other groups as well?" What appears to be coming is not nationalized but free flowing and likely ISIS is only one type of manifestation of this worldwide. So, I'm concerned not so much with ISIS because ISIS as an Army will eventually be wiped out. But, some soldiers trained by ISIS will survive and become terrorists. And I think ISIS trained terrorists will be much worse worldwide in their effects than ISIS has been so far. Because ISIS has been mostly limited to the Middle East because they are trying to establish a nation state. But, when this desire is ended and frustrated I think ISIS(ISIL) will be much worse (the remaining soldiers) who disperse around the world as terrorists in their negative and suicidal effects. So, to me, that is my biggest concern at present. Because right now the problem is localized away from Europe and the U.S. for the most part but in the future that likely won't be the case at all. So, my biggest concern is about the future after the army of ISIS(ISIL) is vanquished.

So, the less Europe and the U.S. and other countries do to piss off Sunnis in general the less chaos likely will happen eventually through ISIS or ISIS like Terrorists around the world in the future.
