They are presently having so much traffic state and nationwide that their servers keep crashing at the EPA I think because of smoke in California. Many people are freaking out especially with Asthma because they cannot go outside especially from Paradise to Sacramento to San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Monterey to Marin County etc. So, many people with Asthma and who are older are basically trapped inside their home or in their cars with their air conditioners set to recirculate because it isn't safe for them to be outside breathing without going to the hospital.
