I think by now everyone in California is feeling the cold weather. Along the Coast it tends to be a little warmer than inland lows because of the Pacific Ocean. So, a low of 42 degrees Fahrenheit is very low for San Francisco. However, other lows along the Northern Pacific Coast were as low as 36 degrees or lower.
